Eine Veranstaltung die vom U.S. Department of Health and Human Services und dem European Commission Directorate General Communications Networks, Content and Technology sowie dem Office of the President of the Senate of Massachusetts in Boston durchgeführt wurde.

Ziel dieser Veranstaltung war es Geschäftsbeziehungen, Forschung und Kooperationen zwischen den USA und Europa zu fördern.
